BROCCOLI SALAD




1 bunch of broccoli, cut up, using the tops only
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated or cubed
1 red onion, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1 package Italian salad dressing mix,
prepared according to package (Lawry’s is the preferred)

 

Mix everything together and chill over night. Makes 10 servings. (Some have found that the cheese gets kind of soggy - so put it in a little while before serving and continue to chill.)
