CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
1 pound chicken, cooked and cubed
1 bag or 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 large jar sliced mushrooms, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
6 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and cheese soup. Mix in the chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, 1 cup cheese, and noodles. Put into a 9"x13" pan and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
