3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1 cups celery, diced
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup salted peanuts
cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
tsp. salt


Mix the chicken, celery, grapes and nuts in a large bowl. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and parsley. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat well; chill before serving.

Suggestion - serve on lettuce leaves with cranberry sauce on the side.

Makes 6-8 servings.
